Originally based on Rami Zakh transcription, this is the way I believe the song is being played. Keep the fifth, short finger, on the 3rd fret of the 5th string, and switch frets with the index and middle finger - to play the intro:

  C7 G D G
e:----------------|----------------|----------------|----------------|
B:----3-----------|----3-----------|3---------------|----3-----------|
G:--0-------------|--0-------------|2---------------|--0-------------|
D:2---------------|0---------------|0---------------|0---------------|
A:--------------2-|----------------|--------------2-|----------------|
E:----------------|----------------|----------------|----------------|

  D?
e:--------------2-|3-2-------------|
B:3---------------|------5-3---0---|
G:2---------------|----------------|
D:0---------------|----------------|
A:----------------|----------------|
E:----------------|----------------|

From now on, you may just as well use the following fingering of chords, as well as any other way you may know of...

D: x-x-0-2-3-x
C: x-3-2-0-3-x (Actually: C7)
G: x-2-0-0-3-x (Actually: G/B)
Em: x-2-2-0-0-x
A: x-0-2-2-2-x

There are basically two chord sequences, one for the verse, the other for the "chorus".

I Will Find You (from Fireships, 1992)

D G C G
Trapped like a rabbit by the future glare,
D G C G
onrushing headlights that blind you,
D
a frightened runaway,
   G
at least you know I care,
       C G D
I will seek, I will search, I will find you.

We are written in the star-crossed sky,
the spirit music reminds you...
you can run and hide, but surely by and by
I will seek, I will search, I will find you.

Em A
Far away, in another life
Em A
you say you're going to find your freedom...
Em A
don't run away to another life.

Don't be afraid, there's no dark unknown,
no shadow stalking behind you...
don't be afraid,
when you're lost and most alone
I will seek, I will search, I will find you.

Far away, in another life
things might not be so very different...
don't run away to another life.

Trapped like a rabbit by the future glare,
onrushing headlights that blind you,
a frightened runaway,
at least you know I care,
I will seek, I will search, I will find you.
